Plovdiv ELS Asociation (PELSA) Inc. is
nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of New York.
All
ELS Plovdiv alumni are automatically considered lifelong members of the
Alumni Club
The ruling body of the Association comprises of Board of Directors and
Officers. Only alumni of ELS shall have the right to serve as Directors and
Officers, or be able to nominate individuals to serve in those positions.
Currently these positions are filled as follows:
